Cassie Fine Maternity Program
This program was designed for my wife, Cassie. She is an expecting mother who needed a fitness program designed specifically for her changing body throughout her pregnancy. Becoming a mother is hard enough, so I wanted to be sure that I did everything possible to help her transition.
Expect a dedication to your core and cardio, but also a general mix to keep the body sharp. This routine is to keep your body tight and in shape during a time where women are (expectedly) known to be more inactive. It will keep your body and heart strong while you are caring for your new baby.
This program will also work for a general fitness for women. However, it was specifically designed for expecting mothers.
